'From Text to Talkies' is a workshop that introduced church leaders to the theory and theology behind digital communication, addressed some of the common concerns with 'jumping on that bandwagon,' and modeled ways to communicate the good news in the digital age, including traditional storytelling. To test it out, the author reviewed theological studies, interviewed people from a local church, and had dialogue with pastors in a district.  On the basis of this material a Bible study about ancestors and a worship service which includes ancestors were developed.
