Based on the research, the project director developed four one-hour sessions. A total of nine men participated in the four training sessions. The four sessions involved cultivating the most important relationship, understanding the importance of leadership in the family, working on becoming a servant leader in the marriage, and modeling Christian fatherhood to children. A working outline of the project goals included the following: to research the field of literature concerning men in family leadership skills, to develop training sessions so the selected men could become effective spiritual leaders in family leadership skills, and to equip the men in effective family leadership skills.
