A qualitative research method was employed using surveys and in-depth interviews.  The researcher discovered that conflict situations exist, that participants have an understanding of conflict, and that they believe the church should be concerned about the issue of conflict.  Many participants have unresolved feelings where conflict situations are not engaged.
