This project focused on a congregation in transition. The author explored the use of resources from the 'missional church' conversation. She used the 'Three Zone Model of Missional Leadership' and 'The Missional Change Model' by Roxburgh and Romanuk in a process of participatory action research. Attention was paid to the role that renewal of baptismal identity and worship play in helping a congregation transition toward missional identity.
