The researcher analyzed current practices in building mission identity through adult faith formation in school communities. Several common strategies are identified as effective and suggestions are made to further incorporate a school’s mission into the adult community. A survey was shared with the schools in the Archdiocese asking teachers, administrators, and staff members to reflect on their experiences of mission integration and formation. Following this, focus groups were used to elaborate on the strategies and ideas raised in the survey.
