A Qualitative Enhanced Ethnographic Research Design was used. The research found that a significant sense of empowerment developed among project participants. A Tabre Women's Association of 110 women was organized to sustain the Spiritual Formation Support Circle and Sustainable Small Scale Enterprise Project.
