It examined the biblical terms for power and correlated these with the organizational perspectives on power.  The project design used 'The Power Management Survey' to compare perceptions.  The pastor felt motivated primarily by affiliation and friendship.  The laity felt the pastor was motivated primarily by socialized power.  A democratic leadership style was present.
