A survey of women students and alumnae of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary was taken to determine how they experience their call to and preparation for ministry.  Results are combined with a review of the history of women students at Gordon-Conwell from 1970 to 1990. Formational needs and issues for women are studied.
