Considerable attention is given in the manual to biblical examples of conflict and to cross-cultural factors that influence the way conflict is dealt with in other cultures.  Sources of material included books, articles, and DMN courses on conflict management, inter-cultural negotiations, and cross-cultural management. I also drew from my personal observations as well as those of my associates serving with GMU International. The manual has five major sections.  They are designed for a series of five seminar sessions of two to three hours each.
