The case study will focus on the strategic decisions made in the midst of renewal. This model of ministry extracted the principles, critical components, and elements that have been primary for the transition. Six principles for growth and renewal were discovered in the literature and diagnose the reality of the Stillwater Church, confirming and denying the application of these principles.
