This study defines and discusses individualism at the family meal table and the 'Lord's Table.'  I then discuss these findings in the light of the Gospels, First Corinthians 11, and John Calvin's writings to gain theological/historical perspective.  Finally, I argue that individualism severely weakens our experience of the Lord's Table and the Church's witness.
