Theologically supported, the model used education, communication, and social psychology disciplines. Classes, discussions, and social activities over five months formed the model. Caucasian church members, ethnic adherents, and unchurched ethnics of the local community participated.  It was effective for increasing ethnic growth in the church. Increased cultural knowledge and understanding motivated Caucas to ethnic outreach.
