It emphasizes socio-cultural effects of no-fault divorces, family law, and judicial processes on families in Boston and proposes the implementation of family-structured church system and ministry as necessary to counter culture. The overall framework of this thesis reposes on Eldin Villafañe's 'hermeneutical circle of Chrisitan ethics.'
