Despite this increase, faith-based resources created for children with ASD are scarce. In response, this research project reviewed existing sociological, psychological and theological literature-accompanied by data obtained from a parent focus group, expert review, and professional feedback-to create a faith-based storybook using communication techniques specified for children with ASD.
