The cultural changes of the Emerging Generation in Korean society were examined using the system perspectives approach. This study has four major parts. The first part examines changes in Korean society. The second part assists Korean churches in understanding the Emerging Generation's culture. The third part explores the barriers faced by Korean churches in reaching out to the Emerging Generation. The fourth part develops a model of missional worship to accommodate the needs of the Emerging Generation. Three research methods, questionnaires, group interviews and case studies were used to gather primary data. Questionnaires were given to 145 members of the Emerging Generation in Daejon. The questionnaires explored the Emerging Generation's culture.
