It compares its findings with the Wesleyan movement of the 18th century in Great Britain, and finds points of convergence.  The study results in a lexicon in which much-used terms and expressions in the period under investigation are identified and explained in the context of Nadere Reformatie holiness and Wesleyan holiness.
