Teaching methods included patient visitation, group supervision, didactic seminars, and ministry reporting. Experimental and descriptive research methodologies were used with a control and an experimental group.  Student growth was evaluated in four areas.  Statistically significant growth (p= .o5) was measured in the area of self-concept.  No statistically significant change was demonstrated in the students' attitude toward hospital ministry.
