This project focuses on families in a particular congregation, and upon the noticeable impact of intentional Sabbath practices within their homes. The Participatory Action Research model of qualitative research is utilized in the development of this project. After surveying his context, the author facilitated a series of presentations on Sabbath. Following an extended period of time for participants to engage Sabbath practices, further data is collected. The before and after data are contrasted.
