The topics included (a) the cultural context of the 21st century church and the adaptive challenge, (b) creating and promoting vision for the church, (c) managing change and conflict, (d) leadership and spiritual formation for the church, (e) creating structures in implementing vision, and (f) creating community and fellowship.
