By synthesizing four disciplines--narrative/story integration theory, biblical narrative theology, leadership development theory, and attribution psychological theory, a significant relationship emerges between principled story (the dynamic process from retelling to restorying of one's life in Christ) and Christian leader's experiences of overcoming failure.
