Chapter 1 lays out the framework for the overall project.  Chapter 2 focuses on the pertinent biblical passages which lay the foundation for the concepts of fairness in labor remuneration.  Chapter 3 provides an exhaustive literature review and thorough explanation of the survey instruments, control groups, existing statistical abstracts, and compensation studies encompassed in the project. Chapter 4 facilitates a cross-comparison of the compensation data for the three leader groups. Additionally, this chapter draws the project to a conclusion by allowing for an evaluation of how the comparative results mentioned above relate to the original project thesis.
