The author facilitated pre- and post-screening clinics and administered questionnaires before and after a twelve-week implementation program to see if there were any change(s) in lifestyle patterns. Participants experienced decrease in hypertension, body mass index and lowered blood glucose levels. The findings showed that persons who get involved in some lifestyle behavioral change can experience positive change.
