The projected director conducted research through means of an annotated bibliography of recommended books by academicians and from other professionals in the field of church growth ministry.  The project director had an expert in the field of curriculum development tutor him in curriculum development and evaluate his lesson plans.  Once tutoring had taken place, the project director developed a workshop consisting of six ninety-minute sessions.  The project director led these sessions for the selected group of First Baptist Church, Pontotoc, for the purpose of equipping them to implement the seeker-sensitive service.
