This project describes programs offered at The Woman's Center of First United Methodist Church, Richardson, Texas.  The programs include methods of self exploration and sharing that enable women to feel affirmed, accepted and connected to themselves, each other and God. Reflection reveals that techniques and ideas influenced by Jungian psychology, a participatory leadership style, and a warm homelike environment cooperatively enable transformation.
