By involving the members in a training program the project sought to achieve in participants: 1. awareness of personal attitudes toward Mormon people; 2. positive attitudinal change in attitudes toward Mormons; 3. greater knowledge of Mormon doctrine and biblical doctrine; and 4. an ability to personally witness to Mormons.  Sedlacek's Situational Attitude Scale was altered and administered to both a project and a control group.  The project group also took a pre-test and post-test on Mormon and biblical doctrine.  The doctrine testing instrument indicated that the third objective was clearly reached. Reporting by the participants indicated that the fourth objective was reached.
