In Seventh-day Adventist schools in Ontario, instruction in nutrition has been inconsistent historically.  To start addressing this inconsistency, this project pursued the development, implementation, and assessment of a nutrition curriculum unit for grades 9 to 12 in Seventh-day Adventist schools in Ontario.  It was developed and tested at Crawford Adventist Academy.
