To address the question, a focus group was engaged to study four disciplines of the faith: meditation, sabbath, commitment, and service, to determine if they would help facilitate a movement toward spiritual wholeness.  The findings indicated that there was a lack of awareness of the disciplines, combined with significant life components that vied for their attention.
