It sought through tutelage to improve the cognitive skills of young African American males.  The Sunday school period provided the modus for implementing this module.  The methodology was to pair mentors with pupils, teaching Bible-based principles combined with an analysis of successful African American personalities. African American professional and business persons were also invited to address the group.
