Despite previous programs, the church lacked a clear, long-term process for making disciples. Through the project, I aimed to define a biblical understanding of a disciple, establish a biblical basis for disciplemaking, and research best practices. In phase one, I researched relevant materials to identify these best practices and  assessed the congregation’s diverse needs and spiritual maturity levels. In phase two, I collaborated with the strategy development team to develop a comprehensive and tailored disciple-making strategy designed to inform and \r\nequip every ministry context within Promise Land to make disciples. In phase  three, once finalized, I presented the strategy to the deacons, lay leadership, and congregation, outlining its biblical foundations and seeking their affirmation.
