The project became a reality in 1981.  It was designed to fulfill two goals: 1. to articulate my theological understanding of the relationship between the church's educational ministry and its pastoral ministry of faith development; 2. to develop a three year program of adult education rooted in that theological understanding. The method of study included: classes, readings, Christian education committee work and the parish life and ministry development process.
