It begins with a brief overview of deaf-blindness and the unique educational and psychological factors it presents.  The theological foundations chapter suggest five means of experiencing God that come from the writings of numerous theologians of the past and present.  These five means are explored through the research of individual interviews and the writings of deaf-blind people.
