Randomization was used to form the experimental and the control groups from volunteer pastors. There was no significant difference found between the means of the groups in their answers to the Interpersonal Behavior Survey. The only exceptions were the Infrequency, the Initiating Assertiveness and the Requesting Help scales. All the goals of the AT were accomplished.
