The author obtained data from students at all levels of enrollment, using a Likert Scale survey to determine knowledge and use of the following tools: computer, interlibrary loan, electronic books (e-books), electronic journals, online catalogs, and other college and university library online catalogs. As a result, participants indicated high-level knowledge of computers, and average to minimal knowledge and use of information resources via today's technology.
