The project included three stages: making teachers more aware of their present teaching techniques; offering suggestions through a workshop experience for improving on those techniques; and by determining what changes took place in the teachers' presentation and methodology. Results included a demonstrated change in lay leadership which provided key elements in the program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
