Improvements were measured through beginning and ending completion of the Jay Hall Conflict Management Survey; a comparison of participants' beginning and ending survey scores with a control group of eleven pastors who completed the survey at similar intervals; and participants' final reports on the accomplishment of goals stated at the beginning.  Seminar work included a consideration of 1. identity issues for the pastor; 2. theology and ministry; 3. theology of the church; 4. theology of conflict; and 5. the pastor's role as manager.  Conflict case studies of participants were also shared and evaluated.
