Instructional objectives are stated as learning outcomes and defined in terms of specific behaviors that students are expected to demonstrate.  The author attempts to identify various aspects of the evangelistic task from which specific component skills are extrapolated.  Measurements are accomplished by the use of performance observation and by a pre-test and post-test in the form of a semantic differential taken by participants and two control groups.
