This research has been motivated by the level of stress and its consequences of emotional situations that the COVID-19 pandemic has promoted.As a result, an educational conference was held on Saturday, March 20, 2021, under the theme: 'Leaders in Christ, Anxiety, Post-traumatic Stress, and Depression'. This Conference was held in one of the church facilities where 38 pastors participated.
