This project contributes to this task.  In an adult study class in a local church the author uses feminist biblical hermeneutics to enable lay persons to discover and articulate their own hermeneutic.  This process allows for the emergence of greater congruence between an inherited view of the Bible and a view which functions in accord with experience.
