The developed training curriculum included the following methods: didactic seminars, personal interviews, group discussions, and group-led worship services.  The teaching curriculum included the following topics: the history of Baptist worship; the influence of historical eras, sociological groups, personal interests, personality type, and communication skills upon worship style. Historical, descriptive, and experimental research methodologies were used with the selected group.
