The project director developed a curriculum to equip selected attendees of North Valley Church with essential skills for resolving interpersonal conflict in the workplace. Professional goals for the project included increasing knowledge of workplace conflict resolution skills. The project director researched biblical texts and workplace conflict resolution skills. He selected seven essential skills for resolving conflict in the workplace.
