To aid in this there is theological reflection, the ability to explore one's responses made to God.  A three tiered plan was implemented to examine this: reflection groups were established in four ecclesiastically diverse congregations; each was nurtured in a theological reflective process for four to five weeks; and members were encouraged to further develop and use theological reflection skills. Through the analysis of theological themes in Dickinson's poetry, the readers enters into a conversation with this unconventional poet whose questioning and deep probing have relevance for the contemporary Church. Doors of reconciliation can be opened by the grace of God. Through a written survey and in-depth interviews, mangers' personal and professional experiences, attitudes, and theological beliefs were explored.  The project concludes that for numerous historical and cultural reasons, managers separate their faith from their work.  Local churches tend to reinforce that separation. Unacknowledged grief and lack of support can result.
