The design of the project included a quantitative and qualitative survey that assessed the level to which integration was executed. Upon completion of analyzing the data, success with integration of the protocols was revealed, with goal six being most prominent -- the participants understanding the purpose of training in formational prayer. The project design included administrationof pre-text and post-test five point Likert scale assessment to capture the knowledge, attitude and action of participants on the subject matter and evaluation of the study. I used 5 point Likert scale questionnaires to glean information from 29 participants: 10 pastors and 19 ministers, to determine what ministers and pastors believed about training for prophets. Pastors and ministers strongly agreed that education and training for people with the gift of prophecy are important. Pastors agreed that they would likely recommend training and ministers agreed that they would attend a program for training. There is lack of training. Some believe that the women control everything. The members are afraid of responsibility and criticism. Some believe that no problem exists. The data were collected and analyzed from three workshops conducted to evaluate the pre and post understanding of participants pertaining to incarceration. Participants took part in two three-hour learning sessions focused on congregational governance, strategic planning, and conflict prevention and resolution.  They also received a resource manual and experienced structured devotional exercises.  Participants reported an enhanced sense of preparedness for service following the learning experience. The project substantially increased the participant's awareness of God and their ability to listen to the voice and promptings of the Holy Spirit.  The participants engaged one another with the model and the movement of the Holy Spirit substantially increased their confidence in both their personal and corporate prayer. The primary methods of assessment were quantitative surveys. The data gathered was analyzed based on nine different facets of spiritual maturity. This study found there is a positive correlation between ministry involvement and spiritual maturity.  The facet of spiritual maturity that most positively associates with ministry participation is involvement in a small group community. Disappointed Pastors are those who are currently in the midst of disappointment and burnout in their contexts of ministry.  Overcoming Pastors are those who have emerged from a time of disappointment and burnout.  The most often expressed sources of disappointment for both groups were higher expectations of laity, 'politics,' and administrative demands.
