The focus was to make accessible to non-clinical inner healing ministers recent psychological and neuroscientific findings about attachment wounding. Twelve participants assessed the resource by an instrument that included Likert-scale quantitative and open-ended qualitative questions. Quantitative data revealed strong agreement that the resource provided a basic understanding of attachment wounds. Qualitative findings revealed 100% of the participants described the resource as helpful. The focus of the project was for participants to learn how to incorporate transparency into their daily lives through various teachings, practicing accountability, communicating true feelings, developing a deeper intimacy with God, and experiencing formational prayer. The author assessed the goals by using a rating scale. Data indicated that transparency was impacted significantly. A survey to measure the response of participants to that presentation was administered and the results of that survey tabulated. The project included a quantitative and qualitative pre-test, post-test design that assessed knowledge, and awareness of the formational counseling model. The pre-test assessment showed students had little knowledge of formal counseling. Upon completing the semester long class, administering the post- test assessment revealed the success of this project.
