The design of the project included three sections to identify the demographics of the participants; a five-point Ligert scale to capture the attitudes of the participants on the subject matter; and an evaluation of the study.     The results of this study revealed that the participants that a ministry to the incarcerated. The premise was that people who go to church do not necessarily experience God as heavenly father in their personal lives.     A self-selected group of fifty participants provided the data from a Likert scale questionnaire along with some open-ended questions. The results showed that participants experiences of God as heavenly father generated positive emotions. The project included the administration of a survey to all appointed pastors-in-charge in the NCC. The project included quantitative and qualitative pre-test, post-test design that assessed knowledge relating to participants' Christian identity.  The pre-test assessment showed participants had limited knowledge in the project's goals, along with little trust of a small group experience. For nearly a year, they met in ministry transformation group clusters approximately twice a month. Five 'one another' activities were jointly practiced-praying, sharing 'God Stories,' words of encouragement, learning, and on occasion, connecting for ministry beyond the meetings. Comparative before and after surveys showed participants came to embrace a more organic approach to ministry. I accomplished this based on my own experiences of healing prayer and counseling and the research I did. The resource was then evaluated by a panel of ten experienced healing experts to determine how well the resource met its stated nine goals. The project included six weekly reflections of participants' personal faith stories and completion of a pre-test and post-test questionnaire. The design of the project included the administration of a survey to ministry practitioners working in contexts that had achieved the numerical threshold of multicultural ministry. The results of this survey revealed that most churches who have already become multiracial have taken both intentional and relational steps toward achieving that ideal.
