The premise was that pastors can easily and inadvertently neglect the spiritual health of their own children. A panel of clergy couples evaluated the resource, Pastoring First Church, on a Likert agreement scale questionnaire and with open-ended questions. This panel indicated that the resource met its goals based upon their high evaluations. The specific focus of this project is to identify ten essentials that will provide information and guidelines that could help women move through the process. The questions on the survey are based on my experience leading a merger of three churches. The completed surveys showed at least ten areas that the majority of churches had in common and may thus indicate the potential of a successful merger. Included in the resource as one of the sections is the Torah translated from Hebrew to English with a side-by-side comparison of both languages in manuscript style. A questionnaire distributed to these chaplains recorded the effectiveness of the self-care program upon their emotional, behavioral, and spiritual resiliency. The project revealed that the self-care program had a positive effect on their behavior and emotional resiliency, and some impact on their spiritual resiliency. The five-week program was taught to over twenty leaders using prescribed materials. Pre- and post-program questionnaires were administered to assess spiritual health. The questionnaires measured the participant's awareness of the Holy Spirit's presence, time given to spiritual development, value attributed to congregational worship, involvement in lay-supported ministry, and the value they attributed to Christian fellowship. Responses showed some improvement in each of these areas. A four-page questionnaire consisted of 1) demographics, age, gender and church membership; 2) discovery, where members gave information as to why they were not a part of the credit union; and 3) the evaluation of the study: the participants expressed themselves as to whether or not the study was 'helpful.' The major findings  are that the members of the church were more reluctant to change due to the fact that they were more comfortable with their financial institution. The premise was that such personal conflicts can lead to emotional wounds, yet they are often met with silence and denial. A panel of experts evaluated the resource on a Likert agreement scale questionnaire. The two most prominent findings were that the resource teaches women to restore peaceful fellowship and reinforces the Christian love ethic. There were six pastors in the project. Goals were measured by a quantitative pre-assessment and a post-assessment. The pastors exposed their distortions of the truth, learned the structures of healing, and began the process of healing of deep wounds to empowered living.
