Specific instructional materials considered in the project were from 'Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University.' Data was gathered, measured, and analyzed through the use of an identical survey tool administered both 'pre' and 'post' project. A questionnaire was disseminated and the results indicate that spiritual vitality is considered essential to doing the job of a Christian Navy Medicine chaplain.  The overwhelming majority of participants also indicated that practicing time management and self-care are extremely important. Data was collected by researching biblical, historical, theological, and secular literature on discipleship and mentorship. A quantitative and a qualitative study showed a definite correlation exists between perceived effectiveness of the curriculum and the students' perceptions of their teachers' performances. It focuses on COGIC pks who share thier stories. Findings reveal that home life is foremost in relation to impact on identity formation. Three pk types were established, in response to growing up under the authority of a preacher/parent. Recommendations were made to increase positive impacts and reduce negative impacts on identity formation. The results of the study prominently indicated that all of the project goals were acheived. The method employed in this project was a question and answer format that revolved around seven ontological questions. The results of the impact study indicated a spiritual transformation took place among the participants. Change also took place in the area of knowledge.
