The goals were measured in a survey including eighteen statements ranked on a seven-point Likert Scale and six open-ended statements giving respondents their own voice. The results show a fairly high regard for orthodoxy with some anomalies indicating postmodern cultural influences. Over a hundred church planter wives from a variety of denominations voluntarily completed a survey about their ministry contributions and six key factors. The survey exposed how the wife of the church planter is considerably involved with her husband's mission to start a new church, and her ministry contributions were especially influenced by her sense of God's calling and her employment status. This study determined through surveys, interviews, and research behaviors these pastors believed effective for church growth and the application of these behaviors in the church. The most important discovery that the author made was the state of disconnect among many pastors between what they believed about church growth and what was practiced in the local church. This state of disconnect may be a factor in church decline. District and church missions mobilizers were surveyed as to the motivations, methods, and obstacles for mobilizing people to the mission field. The participants were also surveyed as to their perspectives on the future of missions in The Alliance. It was clear from the data that missions mobilization within The Alliance is a joint effort between churches, districts, and International Ministries of the C\u0026MA. My project brought together six men in ten weekly sessions to train them in and practice of spiritually reading the Bible. A marriage seminar was provided for four married couples dealing with chemical addiction in their marriage.  The participants learned about formational prayer principles, core longings, dysfunctional behaviors and emotional attachment.  The results were measured using a verbal extent scale. Participants in the eight-week study used material from Henry and Richard Blackaby's Spiritual leadership: moving people on to God's agenda. A pre and post study survey developed datas for comparison. The data indicated the participants' needs to cross generational lines to aid in their spiritual transformation. The data that were collected and analyzed revealed their needs in this church. Noteworthy findings revealed the adult women enjoyed attending and serving the church, women's retreats, learning about women's black history, financial help, and physical conditioning. Some respondents were not sure if they enjoyed attending mid-week services, Sunday school, women's conferences, fellowships, workshops for married couples or adopting a women's shelter. The goals of the project were evaluated by experts using an assessment tool. The evaluation results demonstrate significant agreement by the evaluators that the workbook accomplished the resource goals. The most prominent finding indicates strong agreement that the resource could help caregivers learn the cause and effect relationship between beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
