The church leadership team is strengthened when a strategic transition plan is implemented that allows the senior pastor to 'leave well' and the church to progress even after his departure. The project director worked with the church leadership team to effectuate such a plan. It identified and addressed the strategic and practical issues created by the senior pastor's transition. He preached six sermons, led six dig deeper sessions, and a Lord's Supper celebration.  The projector director used congregational questionnaires and response forms for research and evaluation.
