Reformed and sacramental refer to the traditional Presbyterian doctrines of the Supper as articulated by John Calvin and professed in the confessions of the Presbyterian Church (USA). The praxis director preached a sermon series, taught a class, and wrote a hymn, with the goal of increasing the value the congregation places on the sacrament. Participants and congregants evaluated the Bible studies and sermons to assess the effectiveness of the presentations.
