The specific concern of the program is the emphasis placed on the spiritual well-being of the residents.  The project begins with an overview of the program and the development of a theology of aging.  Problems and attitudes associated with aging and older persons are also stressed.  In addition, institutionalized care is discussed and the development of a ministry to and with the residents and staff is explored.
